In late September we shared the details and photos of the new Statesboro, GA team successfully completing an important phase of their franchisee training. At the time, their very build-to-suit building was still under construction. Today we are happy to announce that this team has received permission to begin their final stages of interior design and is on track to open in December!
Not only will the Statesboro Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar be unique, being our first restaurant in the state of Georgia, but it is by far, our largest restaurant to date! While we currently recommend spaces in the 2,200 to 2,800 square foot range, this new restaurant will be twice that - 5,000 square feet! With seating for more than 100 patrons, clearly our franchisees have big expectations for this thriving market not far from Savannah!
