Shuckin' Shack of Statesboro, GA Prepares for December Opening

In late September we shared the details and photos of the new Statesboro, GA team successfully completing an important phase of their franchisee training. At the time, their very build-to-suit building was still under construction. Today we are happy to announce that this team has received permission to begin their final stages of interior design and is on track to open in December!

Not only will the Statesboro Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar be unique, being our first restaurant in the state of Georgia, but it is by far, our largest restaurant to date! While we currently recommend spaces in the 2,200 to 2,800 square foot range, this new restaurant will be twice that - 5,000 square feet! With seating for more than 100 patrons, clearly our franchisees have big expectations for this thriving market not far from Savannah! And, as a result, they are active in their search for experienced team members looking for employment next month! Visit the new Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar of Statesboro Facebook page to learn more!

When asked about the new Statesboro restaurant and market, Shuckin’ Shack Franchising CEO, Jonathan Weathington, responded, “We're so excited to be in Statesboro. It reminds me so much of my hometown and where we believe people have a strong desire for great seafood. We promise not to disappoint! “ And while Statesboro will be our very first restaurant in Georgia, not far behind, preparing for an opening this Spring are our franchisees in Cumming, GA as well!

As we look ahead to new restaurants in 2019 to join the 14 we’ll have this year, we also look to keep expanding into new markets, especially in the South! Within the last few days we’ve opened up our scope to offer restaurant franchise opportunities now in Knoxville, TN! If you know of someone seriously considering investing with a proven franchise brand with a unique food niche, share this brief video and have them request our franchise information kit today!

Our soon-to-be-open Shuckin’ Shack of Statesboro, GA has come a LONG way since our last photo update in May!
