Because the first few years establishing a new restaurant are crucial to long-term success, we reduce our monthly franchise royalties to just 3% for year one, and 4% for year two of your Shuckin’ Shack franchise agreement. Going forward with year three and beyond our standard 5% monthly royalties apply to all franchisees. This graduated royalty program is unique only to the Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar restaurant franchise!
