Our preliminary market research suggests that these new Midwestern markets will support at least three restaurants each. As a result, we will be seeking multi-unit franchisees or area development groups that can financially pursue an entire city. Shuckin' Shack has already demonstrated multi-unit franchise success in large markets like Raleigh, North Carolina.
